About the POA
The Lakeway Section Clusters 28 III Property Owners Association (the “POA”) is a non-profit corporation formed to govern lot 3946 at 205 Clubhouse Dr, gifted in 1987 by the original developer to the Lakeway Section Clusters 28 subdivision. The POA is responsible for paying taxes, maintaining insurance, and governing the lot as per the Deed Restrictions established at inception of the association.
